What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day team operations, implement processes for efficiency, and proactively remove obstacles to meet deadlines and goals.
  • Handle people management including hiring, onboarding, career development, performance management, and consistent coaching via 1-1s, pipeline reviews, and customer calls.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting on pipelines and future revenue.
  • Develop strategic processes and expand outbound sales programs to achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide weekly reporting on team success, wins, challenges, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading Account Executive teams.
  • Experience recruiting, hiring, and developing talented sales individuals.
  • Track record of success in sales leadership within SaaS or B2B organizations.
  • Analytical skills to turn metrics into decisions and present data impactfully.
  • Ability to identify process improvements for efficiency and productivity.
  • Experience in fast-growth environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience in sales within the CMMS industry or B2B SaaS startups.
