Location: Poland remote, Warsaw office at least once every three months and for key projects/training, shifts 8am-8pm CET, fluent Polish (C1) required.

What you will do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, messaging, and social media while upholding service quality.
- Assist with sales inquiries, provide product info, and support ordering to boost customer experience and revenue.
- Maintain relationships through proactive updates and clear communication during resolutions.
- Handle complex issues and complaints requiring cross-department collaboration for empathetic resolutions.
- Share customer feedback to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
- Update customer service processes, document best practices, and contribute to projects.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (C1), Polish (C1), and German (C1)
- Experience in customer care, preferably 2nd level support handling complex issues, complaints, and escalations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Customer-first problem-solving approach
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking, and prioritization
- Friendliness, patience, teamwork with diverse people
- Availability for shifts (8am-8pm CET) and Warsaw office visits (at least once every three months)
