Location: Must be based in Poland (Remote, Hybrid, or Office options available)

What you will do
- Handle first-line support requests via chat and email in English for customers and internal users.
- Provide professional consultations on Cloud, CDN, Hosting, and AI services.
- Perform technical diagnostics and collect detailed information regarding user incidents.
- Resolve technical issues or forward them to higher-level support teams when necessary.
Requirements
- 1+ year of Technical Support experience.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, MAC address, ping, traceroute).
- Ability to perform hardware and software diagnostics, including reading logs.
- English level B2 or higher.
- Must be based in Poland.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent soft skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Cloud, CDN, or Hosting services.
- Practical experience with Linux and API.
