TL;DR

Account Executive, Mid-Market (SaaS): Driving new business acquisition across organizations with 500–3,000 employees with an accent on landing new logos and pipeline generation. Focus on navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes and closing complex net-new deals.

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, California). In-office presence is required on designated Anchor Days (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays).

Salary: $180,000 - $230,000 per year (OTE)

What you will do

  • Own net-new revenue acquisition across a defined territory of mid-market accounts (500–3,000 employees).
  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, strategic account planning, and collaboration with BDR and marketing teams.
  • Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles and build executive relationships.
  • Drive discovery, product positioning, and business value conversations with senior stakeholders.
  • Close complex net-new business consistently at or above quota.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to win and scale customers.

Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with consistent quota overachievement.
  • Demonstrated success in new logo acquisition within mid-market or enterprise segments.
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and win in greenfield territories.
  • Experience managing complex buying groups and executive stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the US and able to work from the San Francisco office on anchor days.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling productivity, collaboration, or horizontal SaaS platforms.
  • Track record of expanding accounts post-landing.
  • Early sales hire or high-growth startup experience.
