What you will do
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to retain customers and grow revenue through annual increases or product additions.
- Analyze financial reports and contractual documents to lead informed renewal discussions.
- Collaborate with Suite Account Managers, Account Executives, TAMs, and Finance to represent the company's best interests.
- Track and report on renewal metrics and client retention using Salesforce and Excel.
- Identify risk areas and develop strategic recommendations to minimize customer churn.
- Develop counter-offer strategies based on deep knowledge of competitors and products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in contract negotiation.
- 4+ years of experience in contact center or service delivery.
- Direct experience with SaaS billing models.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to effectively communicate with C-level stakeholders (CEOs, CTOs, CFOs).
