Salary: Base $75,000–$90,000 (50/50 split with variable compensation)

What you will do
- Sell Source, an AI-powered SaaS CMS powered by Drupal.
- Identify, manage, and close new business deals within the Mid-Market segment.
- Engage with senior-level executives and decision-makers to identify prospect needs.
- Manage the full sales life cycle as an individual contributor.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product Development, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless implementation.
- Partner with channel partners and subject matter specialists to drive pipeline growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Strong sales and client origination experience, preferably within the CMS domain.
- Proven track record of negotiating large strategic deals from prospecting to closing.
- Experience working in fast-paced, startup-like technology environments.
- Deep understanding of the SaaS business model for solutions delivery.
- Must be based in the United States.
