Bilingual Clinical Pharmacist (Temp-to-Hire) (Healthcare AI): Provide expert medication therapy consultations using hirify.global’s SaaS platform to optimize patient outcomes with an accent on personalized care plans, adherence promotion, and clinical interventions. Focus on evaluating patient data, developing recommendations, reviewing medication profiles, and collaborating with engineering to refine algorithms and workflows.

Location: Remote (United States). Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States. Required to attend on-site meetings multiple times per year (interview, onboarding, team meetings). Work 40 hours/week within Monday-Friday 6AM-6PM PT, up to two rotating Saturday shifts/month.

$57-65/hour

What you will do

• Evaluate patient data in the platform, conduct medication reviews and adherence counseling.
• Review work by other pharmacists, staff clinical shifts, and respond to patient/provider questions.
• Follow up on issues, develop intervention strategies, and assist with referrals/authorizations.
• Participate in process improvements, oversee team members, and orient new users.
• Develop clinical algorithms and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese; comfortable discussing medications/healthcare.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from accredited institution; licensed pharmacist in good standing (multi-state plus).
• PGY-1 residency or equivalent; knowledge of chronic diseases (diabetes, heart failure, etc.).
• Strong communication, computer skills (Google Workspace, Mac, Slack, Five9); high typing speed.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and build team relationships; pass background check.
• Reliable private workspace, low-latency internet for video/voice.

• Experience with electronic medical records or board certification.
