What you will do

• Own and project-manage strategic initiatives for CEO and COO
• Build polished board-ready materials like presentations, Excel models, and briefing docs
• Manage relationships with external partners, startups, and advisors as a front-facing contact
• Travel occasionally on short notice for partner meetings and industry events
• Contribute to board preparation, company planning, and executive communications
• Help build culture, company events, and drive urgent ad hoc initiatives

Requirements

• 4+ years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or high-growth startup business operations/chief of staff
• Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills for independent polished deliverables
• Demonstrated ability to manage external relationships professionally
• Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environment close to senior leadership
• Willing and able to travel occasionally on short notice
• MBA preferred
