Sr. Client Success Manager (Fintech): Managing the post-sales lifecycle for high-net-worth and institutional investment firms with an accent on strategic guidance, adoption success, and account retention. Focus on driving platform utilization, partnering with cross-functional R&D and sales teams, and advocating for client needs to shape the AI-powered product roadmap.

Location: New York, NY. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Salary: $110,000 - $171,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity

What you will do

  • Manage the complete post-sales lifecycle for Key & Strategic clients, including Single Family Offices and Multi-Family Offices.
  • Drive platform adoption, growth, and account retention through strategic partnership and guidance.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with Account Executives to align on priorities, optimization opportunities, and product roadmaps.
  • Act as the internal voice of the client, collaborating with Product Management, Marketing, Support, and Finance teams.
  • Diagnose client business operations and prescribe appropriate platform solutions and services to ensure happiness.
  • Interact with senior leaders and C-level management to ensure Go-To-Market (GTM) objectives are met.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a client-facing role, or 5 years of experience combined with an MBA.
  • In-depth knowledge of the strategic client segment, including Wealth Management and Family Offices.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, F-1/OPT).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and time leadership skills.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven track record of being data and metric-driven in a client success capacity.
