Salary: $110,000 - $171,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity

What you will do
- Manage the complete post-sales lifecycle for Key & Strategic clients, including Single Family Offices and Multi-Family Offices.
- Drive platform adoption, growth, and account retention through strategic partnership and guidance.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with Account Executives to align on priorities, optimization opportunities, and product roadmaps.
- Act as the internal voice of the client, collaborating with Product Management, Marketing, Support, and Finance teams.
- Diagnose client business operations and prescribe appropriate platform solutions and services to ensure happiness.
- Interact with senior leaders and C-level management to ensure Go-To-Market (GTM) objectives are met.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a client-facing role, or 5 years of experience combined with an MBA.
- In-depth knowledge of the strategic client segment, including Wealth Management and Family Offices.
- Legal authorization to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, F-1/OPT).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and time leadership skills.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record of being data and metric-driven in a client success capacity.
