Location: Must be based in the US (US Remote)
Salary: $90,000–$110,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Advisors (CSAs) and Technical Leads (TLs).
- Drive measurable outcomes in customer adoption, value realization, renewal readiness, and account health.
- Act as a product SME, participating in bug reviews, enhancement discussions, and release readiness activities.
- Manage a select portfolio of customer accounts, conducting strategic business reviews and executive conversations.
- Oversee technical operations including Jira ticket trends, configuration needs, and escalation paths.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related SaaS leadership role.
- 2+ years of people management experience focusing on coaching and mentoring.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to translate complex concepts into customer value.
- Proven track record of driving customer retention and revenue growth.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Nice to have
- MBA, MSN, or equivalent advanced degree.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Atlassian (Confluence & Jira), and customer support platforms like Zendesk.
- Familiarity with clinical workflows, healthcare communication, or LEAN methodologies.
