What you will do
- Support senior team members in managing strategic enterprise client relationships and daily communications.
- Prepare and deliver performance updates, QBRs, and campaign reports for clients.
- Implement PMP deals and monitor the performance of data solutions and identity products.
- Analyze audience insights and campaign effectiveness to provide strategic recommendations.
- Maintain performance dashboards and coordinate with Product, Solutions, and Marketing teams on client feedback.
- Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts to drive growth.
Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience in account management, client success, or digital advertising.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to perform complex functions.
- Strong experience working with data and creating basic reports.
- Familiarity with digital advertising and programmatic advertising concepts.
- Must be based in New York, NY for hybrid office attendance (2-3 days/week)
Nice to have
- Previous experience specifically within ad tech, media, or marketing.
- Knowledge of DSPs and modern data platforms.
- Stay up to date with industry trends in programmatic advertising.
