TL;DR

Client Success Manager (AdTech): Managing and growing enterprise accounts for a data activation and identity platform with an accent on client strategy, daily account operations, and service delivery. Location: Hybrid (New York, NY) - expectation to work in the NYC office 2-3 days per week

What you will do

  • Support senior team members in managing strategic enterprise client relationships and daily communications.
  • Prepare and deliver performance updates, QBRs, and campaign reports for clients.
  • Implement PMP deals and monitor the performance of data solutions and identity products.
  • Analyze audience insights and campaign effectiveness to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Maintain performance dashboards and coordinate with Product, Solutions, and Marketing teams on client feedback.
  • Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts to drive growth.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience in account management, client success, or digital advertising.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to perform complex functions.
  • Strong experience working with data and creating basic reports.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising and programmatic advertising concepts.
  • Must be based in New York, NY for hybrid office attendance (2-3 days/week)

Nice to have

  • Previous experience specifically within ad tech, media, or marketing.
  • Knowledge of DSPs and modern data platforms.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends in programmatic advertising.
