Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 per year + variable commission + stock options

What you will do
- Act as a strategic advisor for the largest and most complex enterprise accounts, owning the relationship end-to-end.
- Drive platform adoption, value realization, retention, and growth across Clinical or Medical & Commercial product lines.
- Lead executive business reviews to articulate ROI, KPIs, and strategic impact to senior stakeholders.
- Proactively identify churn risks and expansion opportunities within the account portfolio.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to improve the customer experience and inform the product roadmap.
- Design and deliver tailored enablement and training sessions aligned with client use cases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within an Enterprise B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of owning high-ARR accounts and engaging with senior executive stakeholders.
- Strong project management experience leading multi-threaded, high-priority initiatives.
- Experience with Life Sciences organizations, Medical Affairs, or Clinical experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage renewals, mitigate risk, and identify expansion opportunities.
