What you will do

  • Close new accounts and consistently hit monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Develop pipelines through outbound engagement, partnerships, events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the complete lead conversion process from initial nurture to closing.
  • Conduct discovery calls, high-level product demonstrations, and closing presentations.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts with +/- 15% accuracy.
  • Utilize sales technology stacks including Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional sales experience in a closing role.
  • Proven success in B2B sales, preferably selling to public sector agencies (Federal, State, Local).
  • Experience in a SaaS or Cloud product company.
  • Familiarity with partner/channel sales motion (VARs, System Integrators) and RFP/RFI processes.
  • Strong ability to conduct independent discovery and product demonstrations.
  • BA degree or higher.

Nice to have

  • Experience with modern sales tools like Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Background working in startups or entrepreneurial organizations.
  • Experience with CMMS or facility operations software.
  • Proven track record of success in a remote work environment.
