Sales Enablement Manager

TL;DR

Sales Enablement Manager (SaaS): Develop and deliver training programs to equip sales teams for success with an accent on sales processes, product knowledge, and performance coaching. Focus on creating training content, conducting group sessions, mentoring individuals, and optimizing sales technology usage.

In-office position in Winnersh, UK office. Flexibility to hold early morning or evening calls with APAC region (typically 1-2 hours per week).

What you will do

• Develop and update training content for sales processes, product, and supporting technologies.
• Conduct group training sessions on sales and leadership topics.
• Coach and mentor sales professionals to elevate performance.
• Assist with onboarding and interviewing new sales employees.
• Adapt and create training materials as needed.

Requirements

• Proven success in sales role with combined 5 years in sales, sales leadership, and/or sales enablement (at least 1 year as quota-carrying sales associate).
• Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring others.
• Comfortable speaking and training in front of groups.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Experience working with sales technology (Salesforce, LinkedIn, Gong, LMS a plus).
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow and improve sales processes.

Nice to have

• 5+ years in Sales and Sales Enablement/Training.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to learn and train on hirify.global product quickly.
