TL;DR

Field Sales Enablement Manager (SaaS): Designing and delivering enablement programs to optimize the performance of Field Sales teams with an accent on field-based coaching, training delivery, and content creation. Focus on improving win rates and quota attainment through ride-alongs, simulations, and structured competency frameworks.

Location: London. Must be a native speaker of the region and available for extensive travel (50-75%).

What you will do

  • Design and execute enablement strategies focused on prospecting, territory management, and deal closure.
  • Create and facilitate onboarding programs and skill-development workshops using roleplays and simulations.
  • Develop high-impact assets including playbooks, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides.
  • Conduct field ride-alongs and shadowing sessions to provide immediate, actionable coaching to Account Executives.
  • Build and maintain certification programs and competency models to ensure sales performance standards.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations to align messaging and GTM strategies.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in enablement for Field Sales or Outbound Sales, preferably within global SaaS companies.
  • Native linguistic and cultural fluency in the region.
  • Ability to travel extensively (50-75% of the time) for field-based coaching.
  • Proven track record of creating enablement content that drives behavioral change and performance.
  • Experience using data to extract actionable insights and improve business metrics.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
