TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Construction Software): Researching prospects, discovering pain points, and setting meetings with decision-makers to scale revenue with an accent on converting Marketing Qualified Leads to Sales Quality Leads and pipeline generation. Focus on developing relationships via phone and email, referring leads to account executives, and reporting on sales progress and KPIs.

Location: United Kingdom, London office hybrid. Remote Eligible: No. Ability and willingness to travel up to 20%.

What you will do

  • Contact Marketing Qualified Leads and convert them to Sales Quality Leads
  • Contact and develop relationships with potential leads via phone and email
  • Refer potential customers to account executives
  • Maintain CRM and develop contact lists
  • Report monthly and weekly on sales progress and KPIs
  • Report product feedback to marketing, sales, and leadership teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales or customer facing role
  • Prospecting skills
  • Enthusiastic and vibrant attitude
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Understanding of inbound and outbound pipeline generation processes

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of sales tools such as Salesforce, High Velocity Sales, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Characteristics like grit, strong work ethic, coachable, confidence, curiosity, self-awareness, and focus on self-development
