Fundraising Program Manager (Nonprofit)

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $60,000–$65,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage multi-channel fundraising campaigns including direct mail, texting, and telemarketing.
• Support campaign strategy development, including budgeting, creative direction, and segmentation.
• Draft campaign outlines and reports to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients and production partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee copy, design, and production schedules while maintaining quality control.
• Develop and manage campaign support materials, costs, and invoicing accuracy.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in direct response nonprofit fundraising.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening and persuasive speaking.
• Must be located within the United States.
