Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada. Hybrid schedule (Mon, Wed, Fri) is required for those within 50 miles of San Mateo, CA or Provo, UT.
Salary: $150,000 - $240,000 (USD) / CAD $165,000 - $260,000 (CAD)

What you will do
- Draft high-impact AI prompts to solve real-world legal problems and demonstrate value across various industries.
- Partner with in-house lawyers to design AI-powered workflows for research, contracts, diligence, and compliance.
- Lead prompting workshops and training sessions to boost customer adoption and confidence in AI.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer by sharing insights with the Product team to guide feature evolution.
- Develop and manage instructional content for the AI Academy to educate lawyers on embracing AI in their practice.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada.
- 4+ years of experience practicing law, including at least 2 years of in-house or legal ops experience.
- Genuine passion for AI and hands-on experience experimenting with LLM-powered tools.
- Experience with legal tech tools such as CLM or other automation software.
- Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
Nice to have
- Experience designing or teaching training programs and workshops.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and workflow automation.
- Background in legal innovation, knowledge management, or legal tech adoption.
