Salary: $95,300 - $158,800

What you will do

• Own the hirify.global Adaptive Quizzing and EAQ AI product suite.
• Validate product strategies using customer feedback, competitor analysis, and internal data.
• Develop hypothesis-driven evaluation strategies, including AB testing in line with Responsible AI frameworks.
• Create and execute clear go-to-market launch plans in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
• Define KPIs, priorities, and dashboards to track product performance and ROI.
• Extend the company's platform and technologies to build new AI-driven product features.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of Product Management experience within an agile team environment.
• Experience working on successful Generative AI (GAI) projects.
• Demonstrated success in leading product lifecycle strategy and planning.
• Ability to build deep customer relationships to drive product direction.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Understanding of RAG architecture environments and LLMs.
• Experience collaborating with Evaluation and Data Science teams.
• Background in healthcare-related or education-related fields.
• Experience with querying user data.
