What you will do

• Develop, coach, and support a team of four Implementation Managers.
• Own delivery quality, operational performance, and customer outcomes across the team portfolio.
• Support complex customer implementations and act as a trusted escalation point.
• Drive operational excellence across utilization, forecasting, delivery governance, and time-to-value.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Improve processes and ways of working as the function scales across APJ.

Requirements

• Experience developing and supporting SaaS implementation, onboarding, or Professional Services teams.
• Proven ability to manage utilization, forecasting, capacity planning, and delivery KPIs.
• Experience running multiple concurrent SaaS implementations in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of coaching teams and managing performance.
• Ability to act as a senior escalation point for customer delivery issues.
• Must be based in Australia
