What you will do

• Develop, deploy, and optimize organic social media, paid search, display, and video campaigns.
• Manage organic social channels, online community management, and influencer relations.
• Define and maintain digital marketing audience personas and their respective journeys.
• Oversee budget allocation and management across all digital advertising channels.
• Execute keyword research and optimize ad copy, images, and testing strategies.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to test and improve landing pages based on campaign results.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a small team and external vendors.
• Extensive experience with Google Ads (certification preferred).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker, and Google Search Console.
• Experience using Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
