What you will do
- Partner cross-divisionally to execute education and brand strategies on national channels, integrating organizational goals.
- Oversee day-to-day content calendars, moderation, audience engagement, and rapid response across c3 social properties.
- Lead evergreen content development, paid social strategies, and growth tactics for emerging channels like YouTube and Pinterest.
- Develop campaign content for key SRH moments and sex education response guides for comments and DMs.
- Build audience analysis reports, trend reports, and leverage social listening to lead online discussions.
- Provide project management support and translate analytics into strategy enhancements.
Requirements
- 4-6 years in social media or content marketing
- 3-4 years in sex education, sexuality, sexual health, or reproductive health
- Strong understanding of social, digital, and influencer landscape, internet culture, U.S. politics, and pop culture.
- Ability to build content through racial equity framework, analyze performance data, and manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written/verbal communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Basic digital analytics knowledge and platform trends awareness.
