TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $110,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do

  • Own the social strategy and translate organizational priorities into short-form content that drives engagement and mobilization.
  • Plan, write, edit, and approve high-quality, on-brand content for various social platforms.
  • Manage and mentor internal staff and external contributors across design, video, and production.
  • Oversee the creative pipeline to ensure assets are produced quickly and aligned with campaign goals.
  • Build and manage influencer and content-creator partnerships to expand organizational reach.
  • Execute rapid-response content strategies to turn political moments into movement-making narratives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in digital communications with a focus on social media and creative production.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills specifically for short-form and creative content.
  • Proven track record of using social content to mobilize volunteers and raise funds at scale.
  • Experience managing teams and external creative contributors.
  • Proficiency in design and video editing tools for cross-platform graphics.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.
