Salary: $110,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do
- Own the social strategy and translate organizational priorities into short-form content that drives engagement and mobilization.
- Plan, write, edit, and approve high-quality, on-brand content for various social platforms.
- Manage and mentor internal staff and external contributors across design, video, and production.
- Oversee the creative pipeline to ensure assets are produced quickly and aligned with campaign goals.
- Build and manage influencer and content-creator partnerships to expand organizational reach.
- Execute rapid-response content strategies to turn political moments into movement-making narratives.
Requirements
- 6+ years in digital communications with a focus on social media and creative production.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills specifically for short-form and creative content.
- Proven track record of using social content to mobilize volunteers and raise funds at scale.
- Experience managing teams and external creative contributors.
- Proficiency in design and video editing tools for cross-platform graphics.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.
