Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 USD

What you will do

• Partner with leadership to frame, analyze, and solve high-priority strategic and operational challenges.
• Own end-to-end delivery of critical projects, translating strategy into concrete action plans.
• Act as connective tissue across Commercial, Product, Infrastructure, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Identify and resolve process gaps, designing systems that improve organizational efficiency.
• Drive momentum and unblock cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Rapidly develop deep context across the business model, infrastructure stack, and customer use cases.

Requirements

• 4–8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, investment, or high-growth technology environments.
• Proven track record of owning initiatives end-to-end and driving measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without formal authority.
• High ownership mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
• Must be based in the US to align with operational requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud infrastructure, AI, or capital-intensive business models.
• Hard technical skills or a strong interest in getting hands-on with new technologies.
