What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from discovery and strategic planning to go-live.
• Configure core system settings, including user permissions, security, and third-party integrations.
• Develop and deliver customized training programs for diverse user groups.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to ensure configurations meet business requirements.
• Act as a client advocate by identifying risks and product gaps to internal teams.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and manage the handoff to the Customer Success team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management or implementation, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
• Strong technical aptitude with experience configuring complex software systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Must be based in the United States.
