What you will do

• Act as senior finance escalation point, owning pipeline-to-revenue frameworks and month-end outcomes.
• Oversee revenue governance, forecast accuracy, recognition guardrails, and cash conversion while monitoring margin leakage.
• Manage project budget health, identify profitability opportunities, and participate in contract reviews.
• Lead monthly close processes, controls, and reporting for the ES service line.
• Build standardized dashboards, playbooks, and operating cadences to enable decision-making.
• Lead and develop Client Finance Managers, deliver insights to senior leadership, and foster client relationships.

Requirements

• 10+ years progressive finance experience in pharma services/agency environments
• 5+ years in supervisory role
• Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting or related; advanced degree preferred
• Proven success managing teams or large client portfolios in agency/services
• Deep experience with stakeholders in FP&A, Accounting, Sales Ops, BD, Delivery in matrixed settings
• Strong command of revenue mechanics (T&M, fixed-fee/milestone), backlog, cash conversion
• Builder mindset for standardizing, automating, scaling processes and KPIs
• Exceptional communication, analytical, problem-solving skills
