Salary: $150,000 – $190,000

What you will do

• Own the full engagement lifecycle from pilot scoping through POC delivery, onboarding, and platform activation.
• Present ROI and search visibility data to C-suite and senior marketing leadership at enterprise brands.
• Drive platform activation and adoption to ensure customers reach value quickly.
• Build repeatable onboarding playbooks, engagement frameworks, and escalation paths.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Account Executives, and Product teams to improve the product based on live engagements.

Requirements

• 7+ years in engagement management, professional services, or customer onboarding at a SaaS company.
• Experience running end-to-end POCs and proof-of-value engagements for enterprise accounts.
• Proven ability to present to and hold the room with CMOs and C-level stakeholders.
• Strong project management instincts and systems thinking to design scalable processes.
• Technical comfort with SaaS configurations and data flows.
• Experience working in a startup environment where roles are self-defined.

Nice to have

• Background in top-tier management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, Deloitte Digital).
• Knowledge of the martech landscape, including SEO and digital analytics.
• Hands-on experience with AI, LLMs, and the emerging AI search/GEO space.
• Experience building an onboarding or professional services function from scratch.
