TL;DR

Professional Services Manager (SaaS): Delivering customer onboarding and system configuration for non-technical frontline businesses with an accent on real-time system setup and workflow translation. Focus on translating real-world business operations into technical configurations and ensuring a fully usable account upon go-live.

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia or Kyiv, Ukraine. Must be comfortable working US hours (CST/EST time zone).

What you will do

  • Lead live onboarding and training sessions via video calls to configure the system in real-time.
  • Set up time clocks, attendance rules, schedules, PTO policies, and payroll inputs based on client requirements.
  • Manage employee data migrations and uploads using Excel and CSV imports.
  • Perform thorough QA reviews of system setups to identify and resolve blockers before go-live.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success and other departments to ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Document all configured settings and track remaining action items for the client.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, professional services, or technical support.
  • Native or near-native English level (C2) with excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to work US hours (CST/EST time zone) for live customer calls.
  • Strong technical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confidence in communicating complex requirements to non-technical frontline managers.
  • Proficiency with Excel, CSV, and modern task management tools (Monday.com, Trello).

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with SaaS configuration or back-office support.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
