What you will do

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Solution Consultants, fostering culture, accountability, and development.
• Oversee high-quality scoping engagements, including calls and activities for multi-product deals.
• Provide hands-on support for complex engagements and non-standard solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align expectations and streamline delivery.
• Track metrics, identify process improvements, automate workflows, and mitigate risks.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training to scale the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience; prior people management highly desirable.
• Minimum 3 years professional services in SaaS; minimum 1 year management experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management at all levels.
• Strong analytical thinking, project management, and ability to handle multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Experience understanding product configurations, workflows, and delivering presentations.
• Track record balancing profitability with customer success; government domain knowledge advantageous.
