What you will do

• Shape and execute long-term engineering strategy for Integrations teams, aligning with business priorities and Microsoft platform capabilities.
• Oversee delivery across multiple teams for high-quality, on-time releases of add-ins and services.
• Manage and mentor engineering managers and staff, handling hiring, performance, and career development.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and leadership to define priorities and communicate technical strategies.
• Champion architecture best practices, security, compliance, and innovation in M365 integrations.
• Foster growth mindset, collaboration, and continuous learning within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years software engineering experience, including 3+ years in engineering management
• Experience managing multiple teams or 7+ engineers
• Proven ability to define and execute technical vision aligned with business strategy
• Strong experience with distributed, cloud-based development on AWS, CI/CD, microservices
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
