Location: Remote (United States). Must reside in Central or Eastern Time Zones. Requires an in-person onboarding session in San Francisco, CA.

Salary: $176,000 - $250,000 (depending on geographic zone)

What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of Solutions Architects through real-time guidance on customer calls and technical discovery.
• Own and optimize the post-sales technical journey, refining implementation guidance and expansion plays.
• Act as a technical escalation point to unblock complex customer conversations and model best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to identify friction and advocate for customer needs.
• Develop scalable playbooks and processes to ensure high-quality delivery across the team.
• Hire and develop strong technical talent to build a high-performing, inclusive team.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (Central or Eastern Time Zones).
• 3+ years of experience leading technical post-sales teams (Solutions Architecture, Implementation, or Sales Engineering) in SaaS environments.
• Deep hands-on expertise in modern web development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and APIs.
• Proven track record of guiding enterprise customers through technical decisions and scalable solution design.
• Strong people leadership skills with a focus on accountability and continuous learning.
