Senior Manager, Solutions Architect (SaaS): Leading and supporting a team of Solutions Architects to help customers build and scale on with an accent on hands-on coaching and technical guidance. Focus on improving the post-sales technical journey, solving complex customer challenges, and driving enterprise adoption.
Location: Remote (United States). Must reside in Central or Eastern Time Zones. Requires an in-person onboarding session in San Francisco, CA.
Salary: $176,000 - $250,000 (depending on geographic zone)

What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of Solutions Architects through real-time guidance on customer calls and technical discovery.
- Own and optimize the post-sales technical journey, refining implementation guidance and expansion plays.
- Act as a technical escalation point to unblock complex customer conversations and model best practices.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to identify friction and advocate for customer needs.
- Develop scalable playbooks and processes to ensure high-quality delivery across the team.
- Hire and develop strong technical talent to build a high-performing, inclusive team.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States (Central or Eastern Time Zones).
- 3+ years of experience leading technical post-sales teams (Solutions Architecture, Implementation, or Sales Engineering) in SaaS environments.
- Deep hands-on expertise in modern web development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and APIs.
- Proven track record of guiding enterprise customers through technical decisions and scalable solution design.
- Strong people leadership skills with a focus on accountability and continuous learning.
