What you will do

• Coach teachers through real-classroom observations, live modeling, and feedback cycles.
• Design and deliver personalized Professional Development (PD) journeys tailored to each school and teacher.
• Partner with school leaders and districts to ensure successful program adoption and long-term success.
• Lead hands-on, math-focused workshops and PD sessions rooted in real classroom practice.
• Build a strong community of math educators across the assigned region.
• Travel 30–50% of the time to visit schools and districts.

Requirements

• Strong training in mathematics and teaching; elementary school teaching experience is a plus.
• Expertise in building relationships and generating opportunities with district-level administrators.
• Excellent educator-to-educator communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset capable of navigating the ambiguity of an early-stage startup.
• Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time.
• Must be based in or ready to relocate to the United States.
