What you will do

• Develop mortgage curriculum and job aids to reinforce processing knowledge for all employees.
• Conduct training sessions on mortgage loan processing, software applications, and compliance requirements.
• Deliver training via web-based platforms and through travel to various branch locations.
• Provide objective feedback on trainee performance and establish future learning plans.
• Coordinate and manage training meetings and events.
• Innovate and introduce new training methods to enhance skill development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in mortgage processing.
• 1-3 years of experience in a corporate training role.
• Strong public speaking, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to affiliate locations, including out of state.
