What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product features and updates.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements for customers and internal staff.
• Develop and manage curriculum roadmaps aligned with company goals and industry standards.
• Design and create engaging training materials, including documentation, e-learning modules, and instructor-led courses.
• Design and create certification programs aligning with the overall certification strategy.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through assessments and feedback mechanisms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Curriculum Manager or similar role in a software company.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle concepts and technologies.
• Proficiency in instructional design principles and e-learning methodologies.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficiency in managing and analyzing learning data.

Nice to have

• Experience working with learning management systems (LMS).
• Experience with project management frameworks and tools such as Prince2 or Asana.
