What you will do

  • Build and optimize AI-driven personalization engines for website experiences, ad targeting, and email journeys.
  • Deploy Generative AI tools for high-volume, high-quality content production across ads, landing pages, and SEO.
  • Run machine learning models to identify high-intent segments and create lookalike audiences for paid channels.
  • Leverage AI to synthesize competitive intelligence and identify whitespace for targeting strategies.
  • Partner with Paid Media, SEO, and Lifecycle Marketing teams to design and scale AI-driven acquisition experiments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in growth marketing, digital acquisition, or marketing analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML applications and platforms like Jasper, SurferSEO, Clay, or Demandbase.
  • Proven experience with paid media optimization, SEO/SEM, and digital testing frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills in predictive modeling, experimentation, and performance reporting.
  • Must be based in San Francisco, Raleigh, Miami, Toronto, or Montreal.
