What you will do

  • Lead planning and execution of top-of-funnel campaigns across paid media, digital channels, events, partnerships, and sponsorships to grow awareness and market presence.
  • Leverage AI tools for audience segmentation, media planning, testing, forecasting, and optimization including creative/channel testing and personalization.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, agency relationships, and cross-functional collaboration with Corporate Communications, Product Marketing, Sales, and Growth Marketing.
  • Own success metrics like awareness, reach, engagement, audience growth, and pipeline influence using lift studies, attribution, and AI insights.
  • Evaluate ROI of strategic programs and recommend adjustments to channel mix, spend, and sequencing.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in B2B marketing, brand campaigns, or integrated marketing, ideally in high-growth SaaS, enterprise tech, or industrial markets.
  • Heavy AI user (ChatGPT, Claude, custom GPTs) integrated core to workflow.
  • Proven track record leading top-of-funnel/brand campaigns with measurable impact on awareness and pipeline.
  • Strong media/channel strategy, campaign operations, and cross-functional influence in fast-growing organizations.
  • Analytical mindset for data-driven decisions, agency/budget management at scale.
