What you will do
- Define the ABM campaign strategy and channel playbook, including messaging and success metrics.
- Execute end-to-end ABM motions from account selection and segmentation through to sales handoff and reporting.
- Design integrated multi-channel campaigns (email, direct mail, digital) tailored to key personas.
- Build AI-powered GTM workflows using intent data and behavioral triggers to scale personalization.
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to align on targeting and pipeline metrics.
- Run structured A/B tests and gather competitive intelligence to refine positioning and strategy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B demand gen or ABM experience, ideally at a high-growth SaaS company.
- Proven track record of running multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Expert fluency with AI tools for GTM, such as Clay or Claude Code.
- Deep competency in segmentation, intent signal interpretation, and account prioritization.
- Strong email copywriting skills for persona-specific, funnel-stage-appropriate messaging.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable strategic adjustments.
