Location: Fully remote - USA (~30% travel expected for roadshows and team planning)

What you will do
- Lead and develop the regional Enterprise field marketing team covering the East, Central, and West regions.
- Own the segment-level field marketing strategy for US Enterprise while ensuring cohesion across Commercial, Corporate, and Public Sector segments.
- Design and execute flagship field programs, including Spring & Fall Roadshows and executive dinners.
- Standardize high-impact programs into scalable playbooks, event briefs, and templates for consistent regional execution.
- Partner with Enterprise sales leadership to align on territory plans, target account strategies, and pipeline outcomes.
- Collaborate across Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, and Ops to optimize program impact and ARR growth.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS field marketing and/or event marketing.
- 1+ years of experience in people management or team leadership.
- Proven track record of building and scaling multi-city roadshows and field programs from scratch.
- Ability to translate ARR targets and sales motions into focused, data-driven field plans.
- AI fluency and an AI-first mindset (an AI-focused exercise is required as part of the interview process).
