What you will do

• Lead and mentor the UK Threat Infrastructure team across multiple geolocations.
• Guide the architecture, design, development, deployment, and monitoring of threat infrastructure products.
• Extend and support management tools for remote browser technology serving millions of users.
• Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to maintain a high-quality code culture.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align product goals and deliverables.
• Manage the full talent lifecycle, including performance reviews, assessment, onboarding, and training.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK (Remote or Bracknell office).
• 2+ years of experience in leading and building high-performing engineering teams.
• Deep backend development expertise in Python, Node, or Go within Linux environments.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms and tools: AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable web application architectures.
• BSc or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field.
