What you will do

• Define customer needs and drive compelling business value through strategic partnership.
• Develop a best-practices framework and playbooks for structuring rewards and membership benefits.
• Act as the "voice of the customer" to influence and guide internal product roadmap discussions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure successful feature adoption.
• Manage high-level relationships and serve as a thought partner to senior executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product, Consulting, Strategy, Marketing, or Customer Success.
• Must be based in the US (indicated by New York location and 401k benefits).
• Proven ability to successfully partner with and persuade senior executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Ability to use a scientific approach to problem-solving via hypothesis testing and data gathering.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Background in strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
• Previous experience working with enterprise SaaS products.
• Passion for consumer brands, specifically within the restaurant industry.
