What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive analyses of market trends and competitive landscapes, including financial modeling and projection scenarios.
• Build and own internal automation and AI agent workflows using Make, n8n, Notion, and HubSpot to eliminate manual work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of strategic projects and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Prepare detailed reports, board materials, and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
• Support fundraising efforts by preparing data rooms, maintaining financial models, and drafting investor Q&A and DD responses.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational systems to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or a startup environment.
• Educational background in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven track record of building and implementing processes using AI software apps (Vibe coding experience is a plus).
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with an overachiever mindset.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Portuguese.
• Beginner-level programming skills in Python.
