What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of DevOps and Systems Engineers, including Tech and Team Leads (4–6 reports).
• Own and prioritize the infrastructure backlog and roadmap to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
• Drive infrastructure evolution with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance using IaC and GitOps.
• Improve engineering and operational processes, including CI/CD, release flows, and change management.
• Manage incident response, postmortems, and observability to increase system resilience.
• Optimize infrastructure costs and resource utilization.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Georgia, Poland, or Serbia
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure teams, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of hiring, evaluating, and developing engineers.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Pulumi).
• English: B1+ or higher required
• Experience incorporating AI tools into engineering and management workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructure.
• Background working in high-load product environments.
