Salary: 31,800 - 43,800 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Lead and mentor the Cinematic Animation Team, managing recruitment, onboarding, and performance.
• Drive the quality and emotional depth of character performances and cinematic scenes for The Witcher 4.
• Collaborate with Narrative and Cinematic Design teams to ensure authentic tone and consistency.
• Oversee the team's backlog, prioritize tasks, and estimate capacity for original animation designs.
• Maintain and optimize animation design pipelines and review processes.
• Identify and resolve production blockers to ensure timely delivery of content.

Requirements

• 8+ years of animation experience in game development, including 4+ years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of leadership on a shipped AAA narrative-driven title.
• Expertise in Unreal Engine and professional proficiency with Motion Builder or Maya.
• Experience developing or refining cinematic animation and mocap workflows.
• Strong communication skills to articulate creative intent across diverse stakeholders.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Warsaw, Poland.
