What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Prop Artists through regular feedback and performance reviews.
• Ensure all assets meet the artistic and technical requirements of AAA partners.
• Develop and optimize efficient modeling and texturing workflows to meet production schedules.
• Manage task distribution and ensure deadlines are met across multiple active projects.
• Collaborate with Art Directors and Technical Artists to solve production bottlenecks.
• Create and maintain technical briefs and style guides for the props department.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in game art, including at least 2 years in a Lead or Supervisory role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expert-level skill in hard-surface and organic props.
• Expert knowledge of Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender, ZBrush, and the Substance Suite.
• Deep understanding of Unreal Engine or proprietary AAA engines.
• Complete mastery of PBR workflows, UV optimization, baking, and LOD management.
• Strong English communication skills required.
