What you will do

• Create photorealistic assets that meet the standards of modern AAA projects.
• Prepare assets for game engines, ensuring they function correctly in real time.
• Develop and configure materials, tiles, and decals.
• Work with high-poly photogrammetric objects.
• Collaborate closely with technical artists and game designers.
• Perform performance optimization and bug fixing.

Requirements

• Higher education or at least 1 year of experience as a 3D artist.
• Proficiency in low-poly and high-poly creation using Blender, Maya, ZBrush, or 3ds Max.
• Understanding of the PBR pipeline and UV mapping.
• Ability to bake normal and AO maps.
• Experience texturing in Substance Painter.
• English: basic level required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unreal Engine or Unity.
• Advanced knowledge of ZBrush.
• Basic knowledge of level art and lighting.
• Experience working within game development companies.
• Strong, high-quality portfolio.
