What you will do

• Lead and mentor pre-sales Solutions Architecture and post-sales Software Infrastructure teams.
• Guide customer engagement to understand AI requirements and oversee creation of project proposals and statements of work.
• Own agile delivery of customer projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution with clear communications.
• Foster collaboration between AI software, hardware infrastructure, sales, and product teams.
• Oversee deployment of AI environments in cloud, on-premises, and hybrid setups following best practices.
• Establish processes for evaluating and integrating third-party software infrastructure technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in customer-facing technical roles, with 5+ years in management/leadership.
• Proven experience leading teams in designing and deploying complex enterprise software/infrastructure solutions.
• Deep understanding of agile delivery methodologies.
• Exceptional customer communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in highly cross-functional environments.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with NVIDIA AI Enterprise or similar AI/ML platforms.
• Experience deploying infrastructure in AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises data centers.
• Familiarity with MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible.
• Experience creating and managing SOWs and project proposals.
