What you will do

• Lead, recruit, and mentor engineering teams, architects, and managers to foster innovation and accountability.
• Partner with Product and Design leaders to define product vision and execute multi-year roadmap.
• Drive technical strategy for secure, scalable Workflows user experience using React, Node.js, and Kubernetes.
• Manage operational metrics, processes, budgets, and cross-functional alignment for predictable delivery.
• Represent teams in leadership forums and drive AI tooling adoption for engineering velocity.

Requirements

• 12+ years in software development, leading high-performing orgs including managers.
• Strong technical background in complex UIs (React, Typescript) and scalable backends (Node.js).
• Experience with AWS, GCP, Kubernetes highly desirable.
• Success collaborating on customer-focused roadmaps with product/design.
• Exceptional coaching, communication, and stakeholder skills in global orgs.
• U.S. person status required.
