What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of 5–6 developers focused on the API platform, integrations, and ecosystem services.
• Own the technical vision and roadmap for public APIs, SDKs, BI connectors, ERP integrations, and the third-party app ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and business stakeholders to define platform capabilities and integration architecture.
• Drive engineering excellence in reliability, performance, scalability, and API lifecycle management.
• Establish operational practices including monitoring, observability, CI/CD pipelines, and API governance.
• Mentor and coach developers through regular feedback and career development support.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Software Development management experience leading teams building APIs, platforms, or ecosystem products.
• Strong technical foundation in distributed systems, API design (REST/GraphQL), and data modeling.
• Experience with enterprise integrations, SaaS ecosystems, or developer-facing platforms (ERP, iPaaS, or BI tools).
• Proven ability to lead technical design, roadmap planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in modern CI/CD practices, automated testing, and building observable systems.
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
