TL;DR

Focus on designing scalable cloud-native architectures, improving system reliability, and mentoring a high-performing engineering team.

Location: Onsite in Tel Aviv, Israel

What you will do

  • Pioneer and execute a strategy to achieve a 100x acceleration in the integration process.
  • Lead the design and development of complex, modular services within the hirify.global One platform.
  • Drive high-level architectural discussions focusing on scalable, cloud-native best practices.
  • Champion a production-first approach to reliability and lead root cause analysis for distributed system issues.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team critical to the platform's mission.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel (Office).
  • Experience leading at least two R&D teams for a minimum of 4 years.
  • 6+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of solving complex technical problems in large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Kotlin, Java, Go, or C#.
  • Strong expertise in distributed systems, Kubernetes, microservices, and APIs.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Nice to have

  • Experience collaborating with AI-focused development teams.
  • Prior experience in the cybersecurity industry or working with security-centric data pipelines.
  • Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks and backend data state management.
