What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven SaaS platforms across multiple business domains.
• Drive cross-functional teams to deliver innovative product capabilities powered by machine learning and advanced data modeling.
• Develop and enforce system architecture standards, including API design and low-level system design.
• Ensure operational excellence, reliability, security, and performance best practices across the SDLC.
• Guide the adoption and safe integration of AI/ML tools and workflows to address real-world product challenges.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through technical mentorship and data-driven decision making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Technical Degree preferred).
• 8+ years of professional experience and 3+ years of people management experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end SaaS platform delivery at a multi-service or domain level.
• Proven expertise in system design, API development, and data modeling.
• Experience integrating AI/ML solutions into production environments.
• US work authorization is required (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

• Experience scaling AI-powered SaaS products in global or enterprise environments.
• Track record of architectural leadership in large-scale, distributed systems.
• Background in monitoring, incident response, and automated QA for AI-enabled solutions.
• Hands-on experience with the ethical integration of generative AI models within SaaS platforms.
